Who you are dealing with
Agent Kickstart is sold by Islandwide Consulting LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii. "I" on this page means that company. These terms cover this website and the Agent Kickstart download.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of a digital download: a set of files that install into Claude Code on your own computer. You need your own Claude Code subscription, which is sold by Anthropic, not by me. Agent Kickstart is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
Your license
The purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the files on the computers you own or control, and to modify them for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files or substantial copies of them. Anything you create with Agent Kickstart is yours.
Payment and refunds
Checkout and payment are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record, so Polar's terms also apply to the transaction. Prices are in US dollars. If you want a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase, email me or reply through Polar's messaging on your receipt and you will get it, no questions asked.
Updates and support
Updates to the files are included when I ship them, through the same download. Support is one person answering an inbox; I reply as quickly as I can but cannot promise a response time. The product depends on Claude Code, which Anthropic changes on its own schedule, so some things may stop working until I update them.
No warranty
The product is provided as is. I do not promise it will be error-free, fit a particular purpose, or produce any particular result. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for anything arising from the product or this site is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Using this site
Don't attack it, scrape it, or use it to break the law. What the site collects is covered by the privacy page.
Changes and governing law
If these terms change, the new version goes up here with the date below updated, and applies to purchases made after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
