Just visiting
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you look at, and rough location and device information. Google is the processor for that data; their privacy policy covers their side, and you can opt out for every site with their browser add-on or by blocking the script. I look at it in aggregate, to work out where visitors come from and which pages lose them. I am not building profiles of individuals.
The site also runs the Google Ads tag, because I pay Google to show ads for Agent Kickstart in search results. It sets cookies that record whether you arrived from one of those ads, and if you then buy, it tells Google Ads that a purchase happened so I can see which ads work. Google may use that data under its own advertising policies, and you can control ad personalization in your Google ad settings.
This changed on 9 September 2026. Before that the site ran no analytics at all, and this page said so. It is now paying for search advertising, and advertising you cannot measure is just spending, so the honest options were to measure it or to say nothing and track anyway. This is the first.
The site is otherwise static pages served by Vercel, the hosting company, whose servers keep the standard technical logs every web server keeps, which include your IP address.
Buying
The checkout is run by Polar, the store. Your card details go to Polar and their payment processor and never reach me. What I can see as the seller is your name, your email address, and what you bought, which is what I need to deliver the download, answer support messages, and honor the 14-day refund. Polar's own privacy policy covers their side.
The discount signup
The only form on this site asks for one thing, your email address, and only if you choose to type it. It is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes the message through and does not keep a mailing list. Your address then sits in my inbox, which is where the list lives. There is no marketing platform behind it.
I use it for what the form says: I reply with your discount code, and after that I write occasionally when there is something worth sending. Never sold, never shared, never passed to anyone else. Reply with one word and I stop.
The product itself
Agent Kickstart runs entirely on your rig. It does not phone home, has no accounts, and sends me nothing. The notes its skills keep, your memory files and the self-improvement log, live on your rig and never leave it.
Deleting your data
Email dempsey@agentkickstart.tech and I will delete your signup, or whatever else you want gone, and confirm when it is done. Buyers can also just reply through Polar's messaging on their receipt. There is no form and no waiting period, it is one person reading an inbox.
